The Iso-Lounge Chair is an elegantly cantilevered chair cleverly engineered to give the impression of a single curved piece of wood. In fact, the chair consists of a complex layering of multiple sheets of veneer to give unparalleled strength. An unbroken veneer surface lends the illusion of a solid whole. 

Jasper Morrison challenged the limits of bent plywood’s strength in the Iso-Lounge design. Yet a complex engineering feat is given an effortless appearance. This beautifully sculptural chair sits in harmony alongside both contemporary and classic design.

Finishes

All our natural veneer plywood products receive a hand-applied, low-sheen finish for a long-lasting protection that preserves the woods inherent look and feel.

Alternatively, a hardwax oil finish is available on request.
